The Texas Hill Country is a special and stunning place to live. It was an honor to build this large ranch home settled in the shadow of Enchanted Rock National Park. It was an honor to turn this spacious land into a home from the red granite gravel road improvement, the custom iron gate entrance to the floating pier on the private lake.
Growing families need room. This family loved their home in Fredericksburg, TX. The solution was a room addition for the three precious girls.
Imagine a second story deck that wraps around your home looking over a beautiful canyon in the Texas Hill Country. This home defines the ethics and skill of Renovation & Design Custom Builders. This homeowner was in over his head. He had been taken to the bank by unscrupulous so called contractors. They were in a bad situation. When we took over this amazing project there were no interior walls. A massive story deck was built in a way that the deck was literally sitting on support posts that were ready to collapse into the canyon below. The plumbing and electrical was a nightmare. The double front doors were gone and the limestone exterior did not exist. Far too many folks are taken advantage of. Projects get out of hand and end up costing far too much. This home was a prime example of effects of dealing with bad contractors but it was also a blessing to come in and make it right for this family. ...... "Build It Right!"
